These Terms do not cover random or impersonating profiles that use our name without authorization. When these Terms say "we", "us", "our", "instructors", or "trainers", that includes theshukladuo in association with Peachycloud Security for those official presences only, unless the context clearly says otherwise. You agree to deal with us on that basis.

Examples include: sharing or soliciting our paid or confidential materials without permission, coordinated harassment, threats, doxxing, knowingly false statements of fact that are defamatory where the law applies, impersonation of us, or using our brand to mislead others about what we offer.
Depending on severity, we may respond by suspending or ending your access to our Services, filing abuse reports with platforms, sending cease-and-desist notices, or pursuing other lawful remedies available where you live or where the harm occurs.
