Introduction
Peachycloud Security and theshukladuo (Anjali and Divyanshu Shukla) are dedicated to providing a positive experience for every community we serve. That means a harassment-free environment wherever we show up: conference talks, community sessions, security villages, live or recorded online sessions, this website and related apps, comment and chat spaces we moderate, training or office hours, and any other forum where we operate as Peachycloud Security or theshukladuo.
We do not tolerate harassment in any form. Everyone taking part in those spaces is expected to follow the common ethos below in our "Code of Conduct Policy: Simple Expectations".

Code of Conduct Policy: Simple Expectations
- Be an ADULT.
- Be respectful, polite, honourable, tolerant, and a positive contributor to our sessions, events, and the wider society we interact with.
- Do not be crass, rude, ignorant, or demeaning.
- Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
Enforcement and consequences
- If you believe this Code of Conduct is being violated, please make us aware of the issue (see Reporting below) so it can be addressed in good faith.
- Participants who violate these rules may be warned, sanctioned, or removed from the session, event, online space, or future activities, at our sole discretion. Where a paid ticket or fee applies, removal may occur without refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law and any separate terms for that offering.
Co-located venues, platforms, or co-organizers may apply their own policies. Where those are stricter, follow them as well.
Liability
Peachycloud Security, theshukladuo, and the individuals presenting as such are not responsible for the actions of attendees, speakers, volunteers, moderators employed by third parties, or other participants. Each person is responsible for their own conduct.
Reporting
To report a concern, email hello@peachycloudsecurity.com with a short factual summary and where the behaviour occurred, or use our Contact page. For unlawful or imminent danger, contact local authorities or platform safety teams as appropriate.
Lawful security learning is subject to our Terms of Service and the educational disclaimers on this site. Practice only on systems you are authorised to test.
Changes
We may update this Code from time to time. The version on this page is the current one. Continued participation after updates means you accept the revised Code, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
