    Digital items (including online courses and access links) are typically delivered immediately after successful payment and verification. Instructions appear on the confirmation screen and/or by email. If you do not receive access within a reasonable time (normally within a few minutes), contact us.

    Physical items

    For any physical items we sell, shipping fees, carriers, and estimated delivery timelines will be shown at checkout. If not clearly shown, please contact us before purchasing to confirm. Duties, taxes, or import charges (if any) are your responsibility.

    Offline or in-person courses/workshops

    For in-person sessions, any materials included in the program will be provided at the venue. If something must be shipped to you in advance, we will specify timelines during purchase or in writing before the event date.
